Remote Fractional Executive Assistant Practice

Your business is growing. Why does it still rely on you to keep moving?

Growth should create more capacity, not more dependency.

But as a business scales, the founder often becomes the point to which every important decision, client conversation, follow-up and operational issue returns, limiting the business's ability to grow.

I'm Stephanie Amagove, a Fractional Executive Assistant for growing and scaling founder-led B2B companies. Through executive support, operational coordination and real ownership of the work, I reduce that founder dependency so the business keeps moving with confidence, even when you're not involved in every step.

About

The problem was never a lack of support.

Stephanie Amagove

Fractional Executive Assistant

After working alongside founders, first in task-based virtual assistant work and later in executive support, I realised the real challenge wasn't getting tasks done. It was that growing businesses still relied on the founder to keep moving. Every important decision, client conversation, and operational issue eventually found its way back to them.

That observation changed how I think about executive support, and ultimately why I built my remote Fractional Executive Assistant practice for growing and scaling founder-led B2B companies.

I believe growth should create more capacity, not more dependency. Founders shouldn't spend their days keeping the business moving; they should be creating the conditions for the business to move without them.

My role is to reduce that day-to-day founder dependency by taking ownership of the executive and operational responsibilities that don't need to return to you. Not by replacing you, but by giving you the confidence and capacity to focus on leading the business instead of constantly being pulled back into it.

When we work together, you're not simply hiring someone to complete administrative tasks. You're investing in a business that keeps moving because operational ownership, thoughtful judgment, and follow-through no longer rely on your constant involvement.

I work remotely and fit into the tools and rhythms your business already uses. I don't wait for work to stall before acting. Within the boundaries we've agreed on, I take ownership, make informed decisions, and keep things moving in the best interests of your business so you can focus on what's next.

Services

Executive and operational support that keeps the business moving.

I

Operational Coordination

Keeping work moving without waiting for the founder.

As businesses scale, projects, priorities, and people become increasingly interconnected. Without clear ownership, progress slows because every important decision or next step finds its way back to the founder.

I coordinate the moving parts of your business operations behind the scenes so work continues moving with clarity, accountability, and follow-through.

What it entails

  • Coordinating projects and priorities
  • Following up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining operational workflows
  • Identifying and resolving operational blockers
  • Building and improving SOPs and documentation
II

Executive Support

Creating the capacity for founders to lead instead of constantly reacting.

Your time is one of the business's most valuable resources.

Through day-to-day executive support and executive operations, I help protect it by reducing unnecessary operational involvement, improving prioritisation, and ensuring your attention stays on the decisions that create growth.

What it entails

  • Executive calendar management
  • Inbox management
  • Meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Travel coordination
  • Priority management
  • Executive administrative support
III

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Ensuring important relationships don't lose momentum when you're unavailable.

Strong client relationships shouldn't depend on whether you're online.

I take ownership of timely, thoughtful stakeholder communication so clients, partners, and your team continue receiving the experience they expect while the founder focuses elsewhere.

What it entails

  • Managing client communication
  • Coordinating follow-ups
  • Preparing responses
  • Managing stakeholder communication
  • Supporting partnership coordination

Approach

How we work together as your business scales

  1. 01

    We Build Context

Before I take ownership of anything, I take the time to understand your business.

That means learning how your business operates, how decisions are made, how your team works, what matters to your clients, and where your time is currently being pulled.

Because meaningful ownership only comes with context.

  2. 02

We Identify What's Pulling You Back

Every growing business has operational friction, and it usually increases with complexity.

Together, we'll identify the parts of your business that continue pulling you back into the day-to-day, whether that's communication, coordination, decision-making, or operational follow-through.

Our priority isn't to do more.

It's to reduce unnecessary dependence on you.

  3. 03

    I Take Ownership

As I build trust and understanding of your business, I begin taking ownership of the executive and operational responsibilities you've entrusted to me.

That means fewer interruptions, fewer decisions returning to you unnecessarily, and greater confidence that the business continues moving without your constant involvement.

I don't wait for work to stall before acting. Within the boundaries we've agreed on, I make thoughtful decisions that keep momentum going and always act in the best interests of your business.

  4. 04

We Refine as Your Business Grows

Growing businesses evolve, and so will the way we work together.

As your business changes, we'll continue improving systems, communication, workflows, and operational processes to support your next stage of growth.

The outcome

The goal isn't to remove you from your business.

The goal is to remove your business's unnecessary dependence on you.

So you can step away without everything slowing down.

So your team can keep moving with confidence.

So your clients continue receiving an exceptional experience.

And so you finally have the capacity to focus on the bigger opportunities that move your business forward.

Client Stories

Trusted to take ownership, figure things out, and keep things moving.

I can’t recommend Stephanie enough.

She’s incredibly on the ball, hardworking, and just gets it. One of the biggest things for me is that she really takes the time to understand your business properly, so you’re not constantly re-explaining things; she just runs with it.

She’s highly logical in how she approaches everything, not just helping with who to connect with, but how to do it in a way that actually makes sense and gets results.

On top of that, she’s consistent, trustworthy, and genuinely cares. She treats your business like it’s her own, which is rare.

If you’re looking for someone you can rely on and grow with, she’s a great person to have in your corner.

It’s been a pleasure working with Stephanie. She’s truly been an amazing addition to our team and a complete rockstar at what she does. Her attention to detail, efficiency, and positive attitude really stand out.

We’ve thrown a variety of tasks her way and even added new things on top of that, and she always takes the time to learn, understand exactly what’s needed, and get it done the right way.

She adapts quickly and consistently delivers.

I’d confidently recommend her to any company looking for a dependable, high-quality virtual assistant.

I can’t stress how much I mean it when I say that I recommend Stephanie highly enough. When she first approached me a few months ago about supporting me in my business, I’ll admit, I wasn’t the easiest person to delegate to. But Stephanie completely changed that for me.

She is one of the most proactive, dedicated, and joyful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She doesn’t just “do tasks.” She takes ownership, figures things out (even technical things are no worry for her), gets things done efficiently, and then asks, “What’s next?”

She encourages me to let go of more, and she makes it safe and easy to do so.

Stephanie has an amazing ability to stay calm and grounded no matter what’s happening, which is the perfect balance for me. She brings me down to earth, never gets flustered, and always brings a positive, flow energy into every interaction.

And big tasks, small tasks, tasks that make me want to poke my eyes out, she takes them all on with grace.

If you’re looking for someone reliable, resourceful, and genuinely committed to making your life and business easier, Stephanie is exactly that. I feel lucky to have crossed paths with her.
